fastest mile

I decided to go out and run a mile and see whether I really was getting any faster.  I ran the mile in 10.31 minutes which is such a big difference to my 13.3 mile runs this time last year.  I know my running this year isn't actually about getting faster but about going further but I seem to be speeding up a little on the way!!
