Had a nice day today. We went to pick up Rick's nephews and niece for the day. We called at the park for 14yos and I to do a run. I was only running a couple of miles to loosen the legs and to get ready for the park run on Saturday. I managed to run it in a good time (for me) so I was really pleased with that. We will try to call again to the same park on Thursday and them do three miles.
We came back here and had some lunch and then went to museum in the centre of the city. It was good and nice to see the children all getting on so well together. It was a nice day weather wise as well which was nice. We all came back here and had pasta and tomato sauce for tea and now Rick has taken the cousins home.
